Very good experience with all staff. The most important thing for us is how well the vet interacts with our cats - the vet was really good & made the whole visit a pleasant one. He was very careful, thorough, knowledgeable. Our cats are in good hands.

I'm in town visiting family for a month, my 11 yo dog had stomach issues for a few days & they got me in for an appointment within a day. Dr Andrews spent a lot of time with us and got her back on track!! I couldn't be happier & more appreciative!

Had a poor experience at another clinic and brought my dog here. I felt like they actually listened, actually cared about the health of my dog, and were incredibly knowledgeable about anything I asked. This clinic is bit of a drive for me to make, but I’ll make it every time to receive the quality of care they have offered me and my dog

I have 2 Rottweilers and one can be aggressive. They handled him well. My other one loves everybody so I never worry about her. I changed my review from 5 stars to 1. My dog needed emergency surgery. I called them first thing in the morning and they turned us away. I brought her to a different veterinarian clinic and they operated on her immediately, at a reasonable price. I’ve never had a vet turn down an emergency patient of their own when I called first thing in the morning. The website said they had an appointment I guess not for emergencies. I knew they were overpriced, but I thought I was getting good care. You don’t always get what you pay for. She was in that clinic twice for the same issue they did bloodwork that cost me $350 and told me it was all normal. She ended up having a b

This was our first time at Solon Animal Hospital as we just moved to NE Ohio. Our dog was in pain and they were able to squeeze us in on a Saturday morning - a busy day for one of the only urgent cares in the area, I’m assuming! The staff was kind and welcoming, and the vet tech and doctor were thorough and very quick to see us. Our dog is VERY anxious while at the vet and they made him feel comfortable. We will likely be making Solon Animal Hospital our primary veterinarian! Thank you!!! 🐶
