The Village Vets Decatur-Ponce

These people are AWESOME. I was twenty minutes late for my appointment because I accidentally booked for the wrong location, and they still accommodated me while being super nice about it! I would probably be pissed if I was a veterinarian and someone was 20 minutes late! They were so kind and understanding. On top of that, the veterinarian actually SAVED ME MONEY by telling me the feline leukemia vaccine wasn't actually a necessity for indoor cats! I had no idea and was so thankful! And if that wasn't awesome enough, they were soooo nice to my cat! They kept petting him and telling him how cute he was! Both me and my cat had so much fun here that I may start coming here instead of the location I meant to book for!

They force you into an $80 examination every visit. Ridiculous prices. Even when you confirm that you can come back for a routine allergy medicine without getting another exam they go back on their word. Why am I paying $80 for someone to look at my dog for 30 seconds and tell me he's fine? Exams should only be performed upon request. Looking for a new vet if anyone has recommendations. This one is probably private equity backed.

Dr. Buck and the team are amazing! The clinic is spotless, the staff are so friendly, and pricing is always fair and transparent. They make every visit easy. My dog used to dread going to the vet, but now he wags his tail and is so excited to see everyone there, which I think says it all!

Everybody at Village Vets is so kind and capable. I always trust my cats are getting the best care and they were so considerate when dealing with pet loss. Highly recommend.

We have been taking all of our animals here for years. While they are expensive, they really do care. All vets are expensive, but not all show as much care as Village Vets. Destiny, one of the technicians, is an absolute sweetheart. We couldn't ask for better service than what we receive from all of the team. They're amazing and our dogs LOVE them.
