The Ritz Pawton

I am absolutely furious about the experience I had with The Ritz Pawton and regret trusting them with my dog. I brought my Cockapoo in with clear instructions and multiple reference photos showing exactly what I wanted. Instead of following those instructions, they shaved her down without my consent leaving her completely shaved with a poodle type head and a lions tail. At no point did anyone call or text me to ask permission, even though they later claimed “matting” as an excuse. Any competent, professional groomer knows you ASK the owner first before making a drastic decision like that. They did not. The haircut itself is awful — uneven, careless, and nothing remotely close to the photos I provided. My dog looked embarrassed and stressed when I picked her up, and I was honestly shocked

Took my 4-month puppy for the first time there. The place is really nice. I didn’t want him to look like a 🐀 so they suggested a puppy cut ($50), which I loved. Puppy still looks fluffy and cute. This place did not disappoint. I’ll come back again.

I will let the pictures speak for themselves. My wife requested strongly that you not shave her anywhere because last time you did and gave her razor burn, plus it's winter. Wife said if there were any matts in her hair not to worry about it, we would let it grow out and trim them at the time we feel deemed. You not only went against our wishes, you also never reached out to us and gave us the option of picking her up and going some were else. My dog is razor burned again and now I have to watch her lick her skin to bring some relief to her self. You charged me $65.00 for this mess sham on you. This is just inexperience and not knowing how to groom a shih tzu, I cannot return here.

Excellent facility. I love the fact that there is a staff member around the clock. One of my dogs is diabetic and this gives me a peace of mind someone is there to help him if he needs it. They get plenty of play time as well. My dogs were wagging their tails and seemed happy when we picked the up. They also loved Beka. They wanted their goodbye pets from her. Highly recommend.

Stella Jane LOVED coming to the Ritz Pawton to be groomed! Laiken took such good care of her, she smelled amazing, and her St. Patrick's Day bandana was beyond adorable. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
