The Rescue Pack

A year ago, I adopted my sweet Roo from The Rescue Pack. It was the first time I adopted, and they made the experience easy and comforting. The foster parent was available to answer my questions on assimilating Roo with my other senior cat and offered ongoing advice. I had such a positive experience, I signed up to volunteer with The Rescue Pack to help give back and help more deserving animals.

We just rescued our new kitten from The Rescue Pack. We met him & his foster Patti at PetCo during an adoption event. The whole adoption process went very smoothly. Patti even brought the kitten to our home to met our other pets to make sure he was going to be a good fit for our family. He's been a great addition & we couldn't be happier. Saw a kitten at Petco that I wanted to adopt, so I sent in an application. Never heard back. Tried calling multiple times, nobody answered. Left a voicemail, never received a call back. It's been a week, and the kitten I wanted to adopt is now gone. I would have been fine with an email saying that she had been adopted, but all I got was being ignored and silence. This is not a good way to run an adoption agency, I feel very disrespected.

I just adopted two kittens and had a great experience. Patti, their foster parent was amazing. She takes such great care of the animals. She answered all my questions promptly and was just wonderful to work with. The kittens were very healthy and well cared for. Would definitely recommend them!
