Urban Tails Pet Supply

There was the cutest kitty ever in the store and that alone warrants a 5 star review. But to add to the greatness of the kitty, today was my first ever visit to Urban Tails! The staff was so friendly. I loved seeing an interaction between another customer (who I assume is a regular) and the staff, it was so personable and kind and so cool to see! Such a wide variety of things for your pets, PLUS they’re doing lots of good things for our community such as collecting donations and sharing information. AND we were given some free goodies for it being our first time in! I was blown away by that! It truly made my day stopping in to Urban tails today! I cant wait to stop back again!

i discovered urban tails pet supply last year because i had to buy a cone for my new kitty (staff was so helpful on finding the right cone for me), ever since ive loved coming here for all my feline goodies. also love veronica & betty such sweet girls

I stopped in for the first time this morning and am so glad I did. The employees were so kind and I got to meet the shop cat, Veronica. The employees even let me carry her around the store while I shopped ❤️ They have an amazing selection of cat toys/items compared to other places. I'll definitely start doing my pet shopping here now!

Best pet store in Minneapolis 🩷 The staff is so helpful and sweet. The manager even gave me a hug when I was clearly distressed about my cat’s allergies 🥹 the free delivery is also so convenient. Love you guys!!!

Friendly staff and great selection - bigger than it looks from the outside! I’ve had plenty of positive experiences here in the past, but today one employee went above and beyond. I came in looking for litter and mentioned briefly that my cat has had an issue with spraying outside the box - they asked questions, explained various potential causes, and recommended products based on my responses. I walked out feeling SO much lighter and prepared to resolve an issue that’s been weighing on me for months. Such a pleasant surprise!
