I had an overall incredible experience with Cherry Hoggs. I adopted a feral dog from North Carolina last December and she was quite the project. I paid a local trainer thousands and despite being consistent as a handler, my dog regressed, picked up new problematic behaviors and I felt hopeless. Cue Cherry Hoggs- I had one 90- minute consult with Charlie and he provided a totally different approach for me to employ with my dog. I bought the ebook to further incorporate more of their philosophy. It is very user friendly and full of knowledge. Within two weeks, my dog was a TOTALLY different animal. I had my first virtual session with Charlie and it was amazing!! He was funny, engaging and totally relatable. He made me feel so much better about Georgia (my 5 year old golden) and for the first time I have hope that I will be able to correct her behavior. I went out today and bought everything I need for her training and got started. I’m looking forward to my next virtual visit and I can’t wait to see what this training will do for Georgia. We found Cherry Hoggs on Instagram- their posts featured them walking dogs in packs, dogs being extremely active and happy in all kinds of terrain and weather,. I must've watched those videos for 6 months and then got ahold of them, Our dogs, Icy and Hazel, are two of the friendliest, most gentle and gorgeous (brother & sister) white English Labs who are also built like tanks. Although these two are my 3rd double sets of labs, these guys are so much stronger than my other labs, that walking them became a painful nightmare from them pulling on the leash. I honestly almost had my shoulders pulled out of the sockets. I tried everything I knew using my own set of skills to get them to stop pulling but it just didn't work. Cherry Hoggs is incredible! We adopted our girl, Luna, in May 2022. She was a stubborn and anxious 4-year-old hound who ignored our instructions, jumped 5ft fences, and ran away frequently. We were told she probably shouldn’t be in our fenced backyard without a leash and could never be off-leash. We found Cherry Hoggs, and it’s been the best thing ever! Luna fell in love with visiting Charlie and Frankie and learning how to be a part of a pack. They taught us how to communicate better with Luna, so she wasn’t anxious anymore. Luna learned that it isn’t okay to jump fences and was able to run off-leash with the rest of the pack! She transformed into a happier, calmer dog who didn’t want to run away anymore. Cherry Hoggs is the cream of the crop in the Twin Cities, and maybe even the nation! Worth every penny. Charlie and Frankie devote their lives to your canine and it shows immediately when you bring your pup home after a full day with them.
