The Pet Patrol Dog Hotel

This place is phenomenal! Their service goes above and beyond, they took such great care of our Buddy & Bella. They do a fantastic job with the grooming and nail clipping. The staff is super friendly to both owners and pets. Would highly recommend, they are our go to!

We were extremely pleased when we picked up our Travis. He was happy. We received daily pictures and reports on how he was doing. This put our minds at ease that the staff cared enough to send us this information. I would definitely recommend this facility. It is spotless, and the staff is courteous.

Took our puppy here to meet and play with other dogs. He loves it and all the employees too. He's made lots of friends. They take good care of him. And the prices are excellent.

Have never had an unpleasant experience at Pet Patrol! I’ve boarded my 13 yr old Beagle here probably 10-15x over the last several years…staff is always friendly, helpful, provides a flexible schedule and there are fun options to add-on to your pets stay (cuddle time, one on one play time, treat time, spa treatment, etc.)! Dogs have options of suites w/ various amenities, play areas aren’t outdated, and from what I can tell they’re more hands-on than places I’ve previously gone. Fair pricing, willing to refund as necessary, and they send you updates/pics! Highly recommend!

Person I spoke to said she was the owner and they will come up with every excuse to make themselves look good. I never had a problem for what they charge and she said I was arguing about the price which was not true. They tell you one price and they tell you another one when you pick up your dog. I was just very upset how my dog smells like urine really bad. He’s never been in that position. I had just groomed him they have very bad customer service
