Very friendly staff and they really look like they care about their patients..felt the warm and kindness towards our family member. (Pumpkin the cat)reasonable price..but sometimes you just can't put a price on good service. Thank you, to all your staff for making a little girl cat healthy and happy 😊.

Truth be told, I should have written this review a long time ago but waited until today as it marks the 1 year anniversary of when our beloved 6 year old cat (Emmet) was lost right outside the AAA Animal Hospital. Unfortunately, the handle on his carrier gave way as he subsequently ran in fear in the surrounding community. Thankfully there was a happy ending as we were able to find him 10 days later! We searched for him day and night(s) as a family unit but what truly touched our hearts was seeing staff from the animal hospital doing their own individual search during their breaks. That meant the world to us. The staff was incredibly compassionate and genuinely caring about our situation and provided the best care for Emmet upon his return. I was able to get an appointment very quickly the same day. Dr. Moore was amazing! He was intelligent, and caring. He made me feel like he was my friend giving me advice about what to do with my cat. I found that very comforting. The staff was also very helpful, prompt and kind. Thank you Elsa and Nicole. I highly recommend bringing your animal here!

I am a regular here, and I have brought 3 of my own animals and a handful of my friends' animals and some stray cats. They understand we're not made of money. They don't give discounts, but haven't pressured us to do all the recommended services. They were kind and sensitive when I had to put one of my dogs down, and let me hold him as he passed. When my friend's little dog had a stomach ache on a Saturday afternoon, they got us in that day. I have dealt with 3 vets here, Dr. Moreno being the most recent. All were good. I always count my lucky stars when they don't ask for expensive lab tests. They lose one star for caving in to the industry standard of having the vet do the exam, then sending a "closer" who is not a vet to discuss the estimate and pricing of the various options. B

This office is amazing and always so friendly. The doctors always go above and beyond and are usually the first ones to assess my dogs when leaving the shelter and take the best care of them. They are very thorough and very affordable and great for accommodating my urgent appt needs. When I leave with these dogs that have needed medical attention for so lomg, I feel so comfortable and confident that they received the best care without anything being forgotten. They are definitely my got to clinic! I can't thank them enough.
