Team Floppy Ears has been such an important part of our lives with our dog, and I truly can’t recommend them enough. We use them for training, boarding, daycare, and their Sniffspot, and every experience has been outstanding. Chad and Kyla are incredibly kind, responsive, and genuine. Chad is an exceptional trainer; not just because he understands dogs, but because he understands the relationship between dog and human. Through working with him, we didn’t just see improvements in our dog’s behavior, we became more confident, informed, and capable. Chad is the best in the business. I have been using him for a few years now. Initially it was for dog training for two weeks and cooper (our dog) came back a different dog that we were able to control and live with comfortably. Other then that, when we go on vacation, we board cooper with Chad weeks at a time and have complete peace of mind in doing so. Very happy with the services Chad offers and will continue to go to him.

I feel so fortunate every day that we stumbled upon Team Floppy Ears for my Yorkie, Nugget’s training. We opted for the boarding and training because honestly, we were at our wits end and just didn’t think Nugget would be a good fit for our family. Chad and his team not only cared for Nugget like he was theirs, but they didn’t let us leave until we felt confident in the tools they provided us, so we could be just as beneficial to our dog as they were. Highly recommended by numerous trainers, I reached out about their board and train program and received prompt responses from the team. My dog Rose and I gained invaluable training through the experience and since then we’ve become regulars for overnight boarding.
