Came in for a sani trim and a nail clip for my ferocious orange kitty, he has a big attitude and I was worried he’d cause a ruckus but the two ladies are absolute miracle workers and handled him like it was nothing! Very professional, I was blown away. Not only that but they were kind, I definitely had no reason to be nervous and will be returning :) Thanks from both me and Lionheart.

They did an amazing job with my labradoodle. He smelt and looks amazing! He got a cute bandana and little photo shoot too!

I had a very disappointing experience this morning at The Paw Spa, LLC. I was doing a favor for a friend by dropping off her dog for a 9:30 AM appointment. I arrived around 9:25 AM, having never been to this location before. I don’t own pets myself. When I pulled up, I honestly thought the place was abandoned. The building is very small and resembles a converted shed, which was already a little off-putting. Around 9:27, I saw three people exit their cars and go inside the gated area. I followed shortly after with the dog, but when I tried the door, it was locked. I knocked, assuming maybe they just hadn’t unlocked it yet since the appointment was for 9:30. At exactly 9:30, someone came out, flipped the sign to “open,” and I entered with the dog. I greeted them with a “Good morning,” but
