Most of the staff are kind and helpful, there are a few that judge your pets when you bring them in. They have a variety of pet items and grooming.

It’s a good little pet store but if you’re looking to groom your cat don’t even ask. There’s a lady there who does them and when I called to ask she says she doesn’t get paid enough to groom cats. I can understand cats are hard to groom, though, her saying that makes it seem like she just doesn’t want to do it when it’s kind of her job, respectfully. That’s like a nurse saying she doesn’t get paid enough to deal with children so I’m not going to treat them, if you understand what I mean. Other than that it’s good.

Been buying Purina Pro Plan for my dog here for $105 a bag. Twice I got bags with live maggots in them. A third time I got a bag that smelled rancid and had maggot larva. I decided not to buy Pro plan from there again and told the clerk about the issue. She said other customers have had the same problem. A bag last me few weeks and it’s sealed in air tight containers. So these bags were over a period of time so this is an ongoing issue. I had been buying bags on my petsense account towards my free 10th bag. I asked can I put my new food towards the 10th free bag ( the new food is way cheaper) since I’ve had to deal with maggots. That wasn't even an option. Took my girl there for the first time. We've never been to a groomers before. But my huskies hair was getting really dense really quick and I didn't have any one to help me at home atm to hold her down and the amount of hair would have been insane at home. She's a wild child. The original plan was to do bath, brush, nails painted, tail painted. They were a bit low on the color of dye I wanted due to valentines which is fine. But due to my feral child just standing on the grooming table just getting nails sanded this was not going to be a good option for her chilling on the table for 30 mins while the dye set in so we ditched that idea. They were able to paint her nails! The eta took a bit longer than expected but my doggo is not chill nor calm. She is a cracked out husky for anything groom

Staff always super friendly. Dogs love it here for treats and to get groomed. They're always kind enough to book my dogs at the same time vs having to book them separately.
