My beautiful Rosy and I appreciate the great service by Taylor both at a recent dental procedure and a checkup today. Also, Dr. Davis took time to explain her diagnosis of Rosy's allergies and made this nervous new Mama feel better!! The staff is friendly and efficient. I left feeling that the staff really cared about Rosy and were more than capable of her care in the future. The price seemed reasonable for the care given in today's marketplace.

Not great. We had 3 sick dogs under their care and they wouldn’t listen to us about how sick they were and kept giving “band aid” medication for diarrhea that did nothing for them, telling us it was only “colitis”, and they kept getting worse. Finally sent out fecal tests and it confirmed my fears. My dogs didn’t need to suffer as long as they did just because of incompetence on their part. It’s infuriating honestly. Thank God for specialists or the outcome would have been far worse. The only thing they did right in our opinion was to refer us to a specialist. We will never get our one dog back that passed, which is so tragic, and we wished now that we would have pushed back more for our dogs’ sake. I can’t say enough about FVH and Dr Davis. Both have provided exceptional care with reasonable costs compared to area vets. Her expertise and staff have surpassed any and all expectations. Thank you FVH and Dr Davis for taking such good care of my fur babies

I used to go here for YEARS but not anymore. Things have changed and especially the atmosphere. The arrogance of the staff is out of control. I took my two Chihuahuas in to see them. I needed to see what could be done about getting Angel's teeth cleaned and Biscuit simply needed her nails trimmed. One tech took Biscuit back to clip her nails as scheduled. The vet was not informative AT ALL when it came to cleaning Angel's teeth. She was arrogant. Next she asked does one of my dogs have a cough I said Angel (allergies). The vet then proceeded to say Angel had a bad heart murmur and needed medication. She handed me a bottle with Biscuit's name on it. NOT ONE WITH ANGEL. I was shocked. I know Biscuit has a mild murmur which doesn't require medications but THE VET thought it was Angel and e

We switched from Cedar Animal in Richmond Hill to here because I didn’t care for the facility or the customer service. I took Lexa to Flemington and had a great experience. I’m big on customer service and they were great. All the staff were friendly, the building is well maintained and clean and the vet (Brynn) was fantastic. In and out quick.
