I'm a new customer — first time today — This is definitely a place I'll continue bringing my dog(golden doodle) - highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I picked her up smelling wonderful, so fluffy, and with a beautifully shiny coat. Natalie the owner is the BEST ♥️ Nickiii was the groomer today, she's a PRO! knows exact what she's doing, fast and professional !!! Call them to schedule an appt (it's convenience and the price is good too) Ps- the place is very organized, clean and you feel WELCOME !!! So glad to have the self wash stations available with everything you need! The wash tables are much better than a tub, and the driers actually work. Best self wash in the area. The groomers were also able to get my dog’s nails done and a little sanity shave for a very reasonable fee. Highly recommend

Save your back, plumbing, and sanity! Wish I could give 10 stars. 100% worth the cost. Glorious DIY dog wash experience. The facility is upgraded and tidy. You are provided with tools, towels, dryers, and products (hypoallergenic) you will need to ensure your pup is fresh/fluffy/clean. They offer a ramp for larger breed/senior fur babies which is one of the many thoughtful touches provided by the lovely owner who goes out of her way to ensure you are having the best experience!

We took our puppy Zen to visit Scott for his first grooming at the Pampered Pooch and received nothing less than EXCELLENT service. Scott, the Groomer, had such a great spirit and was super loving and gentle with our puppy. I knew he was in good hands! Not too long of a wait time... my husband and I left to kill some time running a few errands and were back to pick up our pup just before he was all done. Zen was so cute and smelled amazing when I picked him up. I couldn't have been happier with his hair cut!!! We will be seeing Scott for all of Zen's grooming needs! Glad we found the Pampered Pooch.

I used to bring my dog to Cleaner Tails and Barkside to use the self-service stations and always loved the owners and staff. I have a Samoyed, so I usually bring my own high-velocity dryer because it’s much faster than the ones in the self-service stations. I called ahead to make sure that was still okay — and was floored when the woman who answered told me my dog’s hair would “go all over the place,” suggested I just bathe her there and dry her at home, and then told me not to come in. 😡 It felt like an unfair bias against certain breeds. I don’t understand why you’d advertise a self-service dog wash but then tell people with double-coated breeds not to come. Very disappointing, especially after such positive past experiences.
