Customer Reviews
Thank you for always taking the best care of our fur children! Remy and Boo (and George and me) are so grateful for you! We always feel so welcome when we walk in. The staff is so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We usually see Dr. Mac and he is awesome! We’ve seen Dr. Fitch a few times, though, and she is wonderful, too. 1000/10 recommend this practice. They’ve helped us immensely. ❤️🐾
0 STARS... had 2 dogs as patients - called when our second dog got into a bunch chocolate and was blown off by nurses. They are absolutely incompetent in an emergency and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY PERSON WHO LOVES THEIR PETS TO USE THIS VET. Nurse told me there was "nothing she could do to help" and referred me to HUMAN poison control (which was the wrong number to call and wasted 20 minutes we clearly didn't have in this emergency). Finally had to call ASPCA, who charged me $100 to tell them the problem. It's embarrassing for these employees to call themselves professionals when they clearly have no intention of helping our pets even in crises. DO NOT EVEN BRING A FOSTER PET HERE, all this vet hospital cares about is money. Inhumane treatment of both human customers and their pet patient
My wife took our dog to have a lump on his back evaluated and removed. They took blood for testing and a series of other tests. They scheduled the lump removal for August 27th. They asked for a $200 deposit for the procedure. They were supposed to email me the price. The day of the procedure arrived, and they didn't send me the price. Today, when I took my dog for the procedure, I asked again for the price, and they said the vet's assistant would give me the price. He came and started filling out the form for the procedure, and I asked again how much it would cost. She surprised me with an exorbitant, unaffordable price. I asked why they didn't email me the price beforehand. She said, "Maybe it went to your spam folder," trying to make excuses. The impression I had was that they wanted t
Dr. Mcnamara and the crew at Bethel vet have been nothing but professional and awesome taking care of my dogs over the last 15+ years. I wouldn’t take my dachshund Chase anywhere else.. Reading some of the poor reviews I’ll just say these two things 1-you get what you pay for and 2- good cares not cheap and cheap cares not good!
This vet.is horrible for exotic pets. They told me that if I did not want my 3 children to watch.there first pet die slowly I would have to pay almost 200 dollars to drop her off and not let these kids say bye. Meanwhile I already paid hundreds of dollars for the same pet that vet said will be ok
