I have know Jean, Don and many of the staff for over twenty years. Jean is an excellent diagnostician and her clinical skills are matched only by her empathy and caring for her patients and clients. The staff are all, always caring and warm. They feel like family. The good kind;-) They have cared for all our dogs over the past 25 years.

I can’t say enough good things about these veterinarians. From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much they truly care—not just about animals, but about the people who love them too. Their compassion, patience, and understanding were beyond anything I expected. They treated my pet like their own, with such tenderness and love that it immediately put us both at ease. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and never made us feel rushed. It’s rare to find someone who combines medical expertise with genuine warmth and empathy, but they do it effortlessly. I’m so grateful for the incredible care we received—it meant the world to us. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet who’s not just amazing at what they do, but truly has a heart of gold. 🐾❤️

I can’t even begin to put into words what amazing quality of care here, complete upper echelon! Everyone is so kind and compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. We are so lucky to have these vets here, Dr. Quaintance is in another league. Such a wonderful peace of mind being able to entrust our animals with such a wonderful team of people!

Dr. Jean and her staff are amazing. They take such loving care of my senior cat. The house calls are an invaluable service to those of us whose fur family doesn't travel well. Thank you, Danbury Animal Hospital. You are all wonderful!

Beyond amazing. They treat every pet like its their own. If you have lots of questions they don't rush you. And they don't charge you every time you ask a question. I love going here. Also, the new place is AMAZING. Great job everyone and thank you for treating my pet like it was your own.
