The Grooming Room Pet Resort

I have been bringing my dogs here for over 12 years and they do an amazing job. Maggie loves it here and when Metto was alive she did too. They do seem to take great care of our dog (from what I can tell) Everyone is friendly and Maggie is happy when she goes in. My only complaint is that ever since new ownership took over all the personable stuff has gone away. There is never pictures on facebook of the dogs staying there no updates on how they are doing and no info when you pick them up. Everything seems more like a transaction now. You have to pay to see pictures of your dog, pay to get a report card of how their visit was and so on. I understand its a business and that would never get me to stop coming here but I definitely miss the old owners for this aspect alone. The new owners and

We moved to an area about 15 minutes from here and I was on the hunt for a new groomer for our golden retriever. We have had a traumatic experience with another dog attacking ours at the groomers we used previously so I expressed my concerns about this to the receptionist. The first thing that sold me if she said , I can assure you we keep your fur baby safe here. She recognized how much our dog means to us and some can say that he’s just a dog, but they probably don’t have a dog. Our fur baby is a big part of our life and she recognized that. Second part that sold me: When I walked in - they were so friendly and gave our pup so much attention. The Grooming Room and their staff are amazing! They have changed our lives. They give our baby a home away from home. Belle gets so excited going to "school" everyday and seeing her happy makes me happy. Everyone goes above and beyond for Belle and us. Also, they provide grooming on site and have the best nail trimmer/groomer ever!!! They have a customer for life!

I just LOVE the Grooming Room! They take such good care of my fur baby Apollo! They are so attentive to him, he is still a puppy (7 1/2 months old) He love there, he gets excited when we pull up to place, that's how I know he's very comfortable and he likes going there! He also gets groomed there as well, love how they have my little Mr. Looking , thank you GROOMING ROOM for taking such good care of my baby Apollo!

They did a great job on both of my dogs. Called the day prior and was able to get me in first thing in the morning. Their nails looked great and they smelled really good too.
