The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about animals. My dog usually gets anxious during grooming, but here, he was relaxed and happy — which says A LOT. They treated him with so much care and patience. When I picked him up, he looked AMAZING — clean, fluffy, and smelling wonderful! They paid attention to every detail, and the cut was exactly what I asked for, if not better. The facility is spotless and smells fresh, which is rare to find in a grooming salon. I also really appreciated the updates and photos they sent during the appointment — such a thoughtful touch! This is hands down the be
