I am incredibly thankful for the team at Goose Creek Bed & Biscuit. They recently caught a major error in my dog’s vaccine records that had been completely overlooked elsewhere. Several vaccines were incorrectly transcribed as 3-year vaccines, even though those vaccines do not exist in a 3-year form. The staff didn’t just accept the records at face value. They went above and beyond by doing their own research, consulting with their veterinarian, and taking the time to confirm the discrepancy before reaching out to me. Because of their diligence, I learned that my girl was not as protected as I believed. They were kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process, and they gave me the time I needed to correct everything with a new vet without revoking our reservation or making

I’ve boarded our two dogs here several times. The staff is always attentive and understanding. Both dogs recognize the staff members, I can tell time is spent with them while they are boarded. I chose Goose Creek Bed & Biscuit 2 years ago because they were close to work. I’ve since changed jobs but the staff and experience for the dogs are just so great I drive from Mount Pleasant to board them. It’s worth the drive knowing our dogs are in good hands.

Absolutely love this place!!! I board my two dogs here anytime we take trips.The staff is very communicative and kind! My favorite part is getting photos with their report cards to see how they’re liking it.My dogs get so excited when we pull into the parking lot

We've kept our cat Huey here twice- once for a weekend and most recently for a 12 day international trip and could not be happier with his care. We opted for the photo package- and being overseas, seeing that Huey was relaxed and having fun was a godsend. They definitely take great care of him- when we picked him up today he acted like he was the first kid being picked up from the sleepover- definitely puts us at ease that he is so comfortable there and making friends.

Bed and Biscuit is wonderful for playcare and grooming. My aussie girl always gets excited when it's time for 'daycare'.
