The Grooming Place Pet Shop

Took my dog, Moon, to the groomers today and she looked so good when I came to pick her up! Was able to get everything done from a bath to trimming of the paws and I’m so happy with the end result. I was worried because she gets temperamental when it comes to me or my family trimming her or cutting her nails. Apparently she did really well at the groomers though and I’m so pleased~ Lindsay was amazing and we will definitely come back! Also the store is awesome~ Moon loves going there to look for treats or Greenies and we just got a dog backpack which she absolutely loves and refuses to get out~ lovely customer service at both the grooming department and the store! 8/23/24 Update: Took Moon again today to get groomed and she looks too cute! Lindsay was amazing yet again and took good care

Amazing experience! My baby's nails had gotten entirely too long and I called and made an appointment for both of my babies and they informed me that nails were walk-in. I walked in, they immediately took care of Damien. He normally fights me like a banshee but they took care of him lickety-splint and much to my chagrin, he was an angel! I will be taking my other baby , Lilith, there. The price is more than reasonable and the service impeccable. I would give more stars but it limits me to 5. Oh and lest I forget, they have a very nice shop attached to the groomer with a great selection of treats, toys and other fur baby products. The staff on that side was also extremely friendly and courteous. It's refreshing to find a smaller non big box store with quality service and a human component

The customer service is very poor they sold me some out dated food,and last time my dog was groomed it looked like a 2 tone cut witch I ask for a summer cut #6. They are very rude for what reason I don't know.knowing what now you should listen to someone that doesn't know how to groom dogs.i took my dog Luke back again and it was a superb hair cut.Lyndsy is the best.

Vivian was extremely knowledgeable about the types of dog food they carry, suggested a bone for my puppy that was safe and gave me a lot of helpful advice to care for my new puppy. I will definitely be back for all our pet's food, toys, nutrition and nail clipping.
