I am Dog what is your Trick?!?!

Heidi is amazing! I had been told by a previous trainer that my dog was untrainable. Not so with Heidi. We have two little dogs who were not housebroke, Heidi helped us and they now let us know when they have to go out! No more messes! Additionally, they no longer run out whenever the door is opened and have learned not to eat anything that just drops on the floor. Life is so much easier and relaxed without worrying they will eat something poisonous - like an onion or avocado - that drops or worry about them running across the street when someone comes in. Heidi is wonderful with our dogs and has been a great help.

My dog Bo and I loved working with Heidi! She just has the BEST energy and attitude with dogs and she really understands their behavior. Heidi taught me some great tools to continue to use to improve my pups behavior. I’ve already seen so much improvement! I definitely appreciate that Heidi wants the owner to be able to handle their pup safely-whatever that means for each individual dog. I think that’s so important for a trainer to treat each dog as an individual and Heidi really gets that! It was such a pleasure working with her and we will likely be using her again in the future as needs arise!

We just finished up a series of lessons with our dog Chai, a Havanese puppy. Heidi truly understands dogs (and their owners) and facilitates both getting trained. At the end of our sessions, Chai was much calmer and had learned a set of useful commands and we as owners learned how to be more effective and what are reasonable expectations. We typically met at a variety of places, using pet stores and other public locations because of the distractions they present to a puppy. Several times Heidi was aided by one of her Rottweilers (George and Patches) who were exemplary in remaining calm and helping socialize a timid and yet overactive pup. We highly recommend Heidi and appreciate her flexibility in scheduling.

I highly recommend Heidi if you need someone to train you and your dog. We were overwhelmed by our energetic Bernedoodle puppy and didn’t know where to begin. Heidi worked with us in our home and at several dog friendly locations giving us a great foundation to build on. Her training has made a huge difference in our puppies behavior. She is very knowledgeable and it has been such a pleasure to work with her.

Heidi has been absolutely wonderful to us and our rescue adult dog. She is so kind, patient, and generous with her extensive knowledge. Our dog's behavior was sometimes challenging for us to manage and Heidi never failed to make us laugh and guide us through the tough moments. We use what she has taught us every day and her training has been invaluable to helping both us and our pup adjust and thrive together. If we could give 10 stars, we would :)
