Great people.. my dog always looks great, they take amazing care of her. She’s never nervous or scared when I drop her off. Can’t beat the prices either. We LOVE Billie and James! It does take a decent amount of time but, I’d rather someone be patient and gentle with my dog , oppose to in a rush and make some kind of mistake. Getting animals groomed is not a fast food service.

I wouldn’t even give them one star! We dropped our golden doodle off at 10am (he was the second dog dropped off) and we checked on him at 300 and were told they were behind and would be another hour. Then we called on 530 and told they have been slammed and would be another hour. Finally drove to facility at 630 and they were in the middle of our dogs cut! This is crazy. Our dog is never kenneled at home, he is a part of our family and lives a very cushy life. I am sure he was kenneled the entire time “waiting” for his turn. If you can’t keep up with what you book then DON’T OVERBOOK! Most places schedule a time and then work on getting the one dogs cut completed. I am not sure if he sat in a kennel all day and why exactly he was started so late. We will NEVER go back to this groomer. I j

I took my uncle's golden doodle to get groomed and it took them 9 hours. When I went into the back room to get him I saw a bunch on dogs in stacked little cramp cages, it was really hot and the dogs were all pantin and none of them had any water. When I took him outside he had to pee so bad. I don't think they took hime out at all. When I was in there I saw them yanking around another dog that was getting groomed. They were yankin him around by his legs and hair. And the poor dog was just yelping and winning and they were being so mean. I really wish I could have done something. After this I looked at some of the reviews and in one of the reviews a lady talked about a similar experience, but her dog actually died. I have taken my coonhound here twice now for a clean and nail trim. The staff is very friendly and my dog is excited to go back. She is good with other dogs so they allow her to be out when she’s not being worked on. It’s so nice that she doesn’t have to kennel. Their prices are very fair and I like that you can see the grooming area. You can tell they really love the animals. Juliet loves her pretty Bandana.
