PetSmart is the best place for dog grooming and for the goodies you would want to purchase for your for friends! Reasonable, attentive, efficient, clean, and the manager is an asset to this company!

Trying to buy some fish for two different tanks, the gal who was very sassy, condescending, rude, and not helpful refused to sell us goldfish. Obviously her PHd in fish care trumps my wife's 30 plus years of fish ownership and aquarium maintenance at home. Guess we can go elsewhere for fish and other pet supplies.

Took my fur baby here today to get her nails done and the young lady with green hair was very hostel with her and she only got 3 paws done and she told me that she couldn't finish cause my dog was in stress well I would be to if i was being Force and she hit my dog my fiance and I watched it. So I found a manager and told him everything and he said that he was sorry and that he will look into it and take responsibility I told him that the young girl shouldn't be working with animals if you can't control them and be gentle. My dog wasn't doing anything besides standing like she normally do when she gets her nails done. And NO I won't be back unhappy customer
