Council Bluffs Veterinary Clinic

Its been awhile (way too long) since I've brought my dog in. Looking to double check the hours and can't remember if I left a review. My pupper (120lb lab mix) had awful allergies and skin irritations sometimes resulting in a infection. This was the 3rd place we've gone to and only place that helped us find a more permanent solution/root cause solution and don't plan to go anywhere else! The staff is lovely, and patient with my big, loveable, but nervous 'pup'. He's officially a "senior" and I know they are going to help us with this next stage

I have taken both my dogs there since I got them and have had great service. I took my dog in because he was having trouble peeing, they said uti and sent me home with a $400 bill. Called the next day as he was getting worse they said bring him in and there will be no charge since it was the same problem. After looking at him the doctor told us something completely different was wrong and charged me an additional $200, recommended to take him to an emergency vet right away and laughed at me when I asked why the previous doctor told me otherwise. Very disappointed will never use or recommend them again.

Love that I can walk in without an appointment. The staff is always friendly and fairly quick inand out for vaccines. They have a few clinic animals that roam the place, but the turtle is my favorite to see.

The staff has always been helpful and great with my pets. They were absolutely wonderful to me and my senior dog when he passed.

Phenomenal staff. Nothing but empathy and kindness when it came time to say goodbye to my beloved stinky. As long as I live I will never forget the patience and warmth shown to me as a walk-in. Thank you very much.
