Diane did an amazing job with my 4 month old pup! She made sure Harvey felt comfortable and was very patient with him. He looks so handsome after his groom!

Diane is definitely a professional. She’s very to the point which is fine with me because I appreciate anyone who is real and isn’t putting on a fake front. Her shop is clean and inviting and while talking with her I can tell she knows her business. I’d highly recommend Bark At The Moon Doggie Spa to anyone who wants their dog groomer to be the real deal. You may have to get on a waitlist, but it’s worth it. Diane is wonderful

Diane is a master at her craft. She knows her dogs and she knows how to properly care for them. She's a former patron of and dog show-er at canine club championships around the country. If you have any kind of dog and it needs grooming, Bark At The Moon Doggie Spaw is my permanent choice.

I've used Bark At The Moon three or four times. They did a good job with my dog. However, I will not be returning because the owner's customer service is absolutely terrible. I was contacted by her to reschedule an appointment because she had some personal things to take care of. I was very understanding and was happy to come back several days later. When I showed up for the rescheduled time, the door was locked. After knocking several times, I was greeted with anger and was told I was contacted because this time didn't work either. I checked my phone, I was NEVER contacted about the second, rescheduled appointment. But was told multiple times I was, in front of my child who came with to drop off his dog. She was very rude and blamed me for her lack of organization. I will NOT be return
