The groom room

Wonderful Staff, They take great care of my mini golden doodle, who is about 13 years old. She loves to stay and play and is always happy at drop off. The Groom Room also does her grooming and always does a fabulous job! I would recommend. My vet originally referred me to them as I have some travel with my job and need a great boarder!

We normally board our dog, Stormy - at another place, but they were fully booked … and honestly, I’m so glad they were. It led us to The Groom Room, and the experience was incredible. Not only did they take great care of our dog while overnight boarding, but her grooming was on a completely different level. She smelled amazing, her coat has never been this soft and clean, and her nails are so perfectly trimmed she doesn’t even tap down the hallway anymore! Every other grooming she’s had doesn’t even compare. We’re so impressed - and officially switching to The Groom Room from now on. ✨

😭 We took our Golden to The Groom Room and specifically told them to NOT shave him. I did want him trimmed up all over. I picked a level 5 but the owner talked me into a level 4 since it’ll be easier to manage the shedding with. When I called and made the appointment, I told the lady I did not want him shaved or cut too short. When I arrived I told the lady 4 times that: 1. I’ve never had a dog groomed before so a professional recommendation would be appreciated. 2. Do not shave MY DOG!!! I want to keep him longer just trim all the wispy hairs up and give him an GOLDEN CUT. I kid you not… I picked him up and he is SHAVED!!! All but his tail was touched. I was at a loss of words. We called after I got home and now the owner is arguing with us and refuses to believe he really is that short.

Our dog Blue LOVES coming here. He’s been coming here for play care and boarding for 2 years. We always get greeted in the friendliest ways!! He gets so excited to play here and they are always greeting him with lovings.

I always take my two dogs to Groom Room for boarding and haircuts even though it's 2 hours from my house. My dogs love going there and the haircuts only seem to turn out good when they are done there. It's worth the drive for happy babies. The pictures are of them after I picked them up from boarding with haircuts done and when we got home. They are always worn out from all the playing they get to do there! I highly recommend them. I've been bringing my two dogs there for 3 years.
