I have been using Mary Kay for over 16 years with my dogs. There have been other groomers with her over the years, but Mary Kay is our favorite! We have never had a bad experience, and my dogs absolutely LOVE her!
Completely Blew Off My Appointment- Made my appointment a week in advance. Never called me to let me know and I left several messages while I sat in their parking lot. I guess they have enough business to not show up for scheduled appointments. It's a shame.
Staff is extremely helpful and took great care of our pups. A week later they still smell amazing and have the softest fur!
