If you’re looking for compassion and help, avoid this business. My daughter moved in September and her cat died unexpectedly today. Called because we needed help with cremation for a pet. Refused to help and said they aren’t taking new clients. Excuse me? Not sure how this constitutes a “new patient”. Not the first time I’ve called this business annd been told they can’t and won’t help. Silly me for thinking the signage out front that indicates a new doc is back might change the atmosphere. Lacks compassion entirely. Update: I asked how much the cremation services would be and was fully prepared to pay for these services. Clearly this response is indicative of the type of business you run. At no time did anyone ask for free services. We were asking for the cost for cremation services pl

This clinic is not worth your time when there are many more compassionate and understanding places to choose. Both my mom and I called separate with the same answer. That they “are not taking new clients”. My pet passed away suddenly and unexpectedly and all we were asking about was how much it would cost for cremation services. The response from the clinic to my mom’s review was that they expect payment in full, no one was saying they could not pay which was the whole point of her review and they act like that was the issue. There was absolutely no compassion from the woman as I was breaking down on the phone just looking for someone to honor my sweet baby as he passes on. I can see why they have so many awful reviews here. Very sad that people getting into this business with this company

These lovely folks did WONDERS in reassuring me that my best friend was gonna be okay. He was experiencing extreme stress that was effecting his bowels, and after his appointment was given an anxiety medication that has him acting like a kitten again. He’s finally not lethargic or grumpy 😭💖 thank you!!

This place is amazing!! Especially Emerald!! She always comes over to my dogs and gets them comfortable with her and has treats ready so they arent afraid to go with her when I take them in for shots. She is amazing and so is the doctor.

Everyone that works in this office is wonderful. We have had a great experience every time we have gone in. They have answered more than tearful emergency call from me over the years and have always been there for us 💜
