I took my large dog here when I lived in the area. He didn't go often but I never had any issue with the staff. He always smelled a little funny but when we opted in for a bath, he smelled like blueberries! Super friendly reception staff.

Dropped our 2 dogs off for the night. We have a older teddy bear and a younger shitzu that has anxiety issues and isn't easy to care for at times. We picked them up I asked how it went, they said fine, no comments on any issues. Right away both dogs were wet with something, seemed like dry and fresh urine smelled like ammonia, I don't know but they stunk bad! Had to bathe both when we got home. It's not an easy job that dog daycares do, but there was not anything said about it. Our younger dog ended up getting diarrhea, reverse sneezes not eating or peeing and the sniffles/cold to go with a trip to the vet. She's only 7.5 pounds, so the cold hit her hard! She's never had those! Definitely not going back there again!

My two dogs love it. They get so excited when we pull up and when I pick them up, they have big smiles on their faces. They’ve been going here for 5 years.

Our Dog, Boba was dropped off Friday a.m. at 7. Due to his allergies we have been feeding him special, more expensive, recommended food and using a cone so he's unable to chew at his paws. We portioned his food out for his stay and wrote instructions on the bags and paperwork. We left 7 bags in total that were portioned out for easy use. Today I picked him up and to my surprise they returned 5 of the bags of food with him. I asked what kind of food was given to him. At first the employee said she didn't know. Then later said "I think he was fed science diet." Wow, really! Great, why bring expensive, recommended food for allergies and explain why we use it when they just go ahead and feed him who knows what anyway. She still sounded unsure and said, "I dont know who missed his fo
