The Flying Fur Palace

9/19/25 I took my 8 y/o Samoyed to The Flying Fur Palace: 15 AVON RD BRANFORD CT OWNER: LAURA GIARDIELLO This groomer does not even deserve 1 star...totally incompetent. After nearly 6 hours in the groomers' "care" I picked up my Samoyed (Noelle), a champion show dog of high pedigree. I was devastated to see what the groomer had done to my dog. WITHOUT my consent she COMPLETELY shaved Noelle. I did not even recognize my dog. I was beyond devastated. After 4 hours the owner, LAURA GIARDIELLO texted me stating: "All done with grooming, had to shave her... the matting was too much to de-matt". in reality, she was to lazy to properly groom a double-coated dog.... the ONLY reason to completly shave a double-coated dog is due to a medical/surgery issue. I was appalled when she didn't even offe

On 9/19/25 I brought my 8 yr. old Samoyed to Flying Fur Palace located at 15 Avon Rd Branford, Ct. Owner: LAURA GIARDIELLO Bottom line: Groomer (Laura) completely shaved my former champion show dog COMPLETELY without my consent. I was more than devastated upon picking up Noelle. The owner (Laura) texted me after the shaving just saying "I had to shave her" without further comment. I remain sickened by her actions and am considering legal action against her business which she operates from her private residence in her basement. Please read all of the 1 and 2 star reviews on this groomer. NOTE: Please read 1 star review by Ana R- Her Chihuahua, “peanut” Was mauled by a pitbull at this facility.

Laura does a fabulous job grooming my two Havanese dogs !! Highly recommend her services!!
