I had a great experience getting my puppy here! The staff was extremely helpful and let us know what food, treats, etc. were necessary for our puppy. The young girl we worked with (not sure what her name was) was very sweet! We got our baby back in July and she is now 5 months and perfectly healthy! We couldn’t be more grateful. Our baby is a female pug, formerly known as Rosie, we named her Shirley! After losing our Boston terrier back in April, Shirley has been the biggest blessing. Thank you all pets club Branford!

What a wonderful experience we had at All Pets Club Branford! My children and I decided to go down to the store and meet Squiggy the Pug. When I say we fell in love instantly, that’s an understatement. We knew he needed to come home, and was meant to be part of our family. APC staff was not only informative, but took the time with us to make sure we were able to make our dream come true. Squiggy has adjusted perfectly, has taken to potty training effortlessly, and is learning new tricks. You can tell that the staff truly cares and takes time with these puppies to be well socialized.

I love this place, they have such a great variety of toys and treats that I always try to stop in when I'm visiting family. They even let you spread some love with puppy time! 🥰💝

I bought both my Lhasa apsos 3 years ago and I also bought my shih Tzu 25 years ago with them. My pets were healthy and there were no issues at all. My overall experience was great.

My family has been going to All Pets Club for over 20 years and we’ve gotten more than one Shih Tzu from there. The past few visits to the Branford location were beyond dismal and disappointing. The younger girls working the back where the puppies are were completely disrespectful to my partner to the point that the on shift manager offered them a free All Pets Club membership, for which we did not follow up with. When visiting last night I paid to play with the puppies only to be told we couldn’t hold the puppy. For the 20+ years I’ve been going here I have never been told I couldn’t hold a puppy. And if I were to purchase a puppy, wouldn’t it make sense to be able to hold the puppy? This place is not friendly to those with disabilities, and quite frankly because of how off putting those
