Shoreline Pet Lodge

Our dog Louie, goes to Shoreline Pet Lodge 6 days a week. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable, and they have helped us with Louie so much. Shout out to Richard, who's a HUGE animal lover, and takes such good care of my boy! Since changing ownership, they have also extended their hours and added more amenities, classes, and events. Thank you so much everyone, for helping Louie become more confident and feeling right at home away from home!

I can’t express my gratitude enough to Shoreline Pet Lodge for taking such great care of my dog, Odin, during my extended stay overseas. It was the first time I’ve ever had to leave him for that long, which wasn’t easy—but Shoreline Pet Lodge made the experience so much more comfortable. From the photo updates to the moment I picked him up, I could clearly see how happy, healthy, and well cared-for he was. I also really appreciated the excellent communication and responsiveness of the staff—before, during, and at pick-up. It gave me real peace of mind while I was away. I’m incredibly thankful and will absolutely look to Shoreline Pet Lodge again the next time I need a safe and loving place for Odin to stay.

We love Shoreline Pet Lodge! More importantly, our beloved Capone loves it even more, and we are so happy with the care and loving attention he gets whether at daycare or being boarded. It’s so reassuring to have a place where we know he is safe and happy and gets to play and run around with his friends! My dog Finn was traumatized as a little puppy when he got his nails cut. Since then, it has been a battle royal to get them trimmed. My vet wants to use drugs for this and I don’t. I brought him to Shoreline for a nail trim and it took ten minutes with no medication!!! Hallelujah!! I have been boarding him there and I am bringing here for grooming too. I am a customer forever.

For the past three years Barbara and the team at Shoreline Pet Lodge have been wonderful for our lab Penny, and were so amazing when we needed their help! When our twin boys were born they spent two weeks in the NICU at Yale. Shoreline had Penny for those entire two weeks and I don’t think we could have gone through that time without them. The twins are perfectly healthy now, and Penny loves them almost as much as she loves going to daycare and seeing her friends at Shoreline. When Penny has a bad reaction to a spider bite while lodging at Shoreline, Barbara rushed her to the animal hospital on a Sunday and got her the best immediate care I could not. I was informed throughout the process and Penny could not have been in more capable hands. I would not hesitate to trust Shoreline Pet Lod
