We’ve been bringing our pups to Rachel’s since 2021. We absolutely love the whole team at the Dogsmith. We are very particular about who we trust our pups to and Rachel’s group are the only ones who can fit the bill. One of our pups has allergies so he cannot have treats. We bring carrots for each stay and the girls use them for “treats” during backyard play time. The backyard play area is a pups dream with agility games, kiddie pools, and a fully shaded and turf area. Our pups love to hunt small critters so we feel so much better knowing there isn’t a lot of dirt which bring in bufo toads. We always bring both a bed and a blanket from home so that they feel and smell home. Our pups are crate trained so they don’t mind being crated periodically. Rachel is the “dog whisperer”. She is so intuitive and calm with her training. She spends many hours getting to know your pup and their personalities. Once she has your pups trust she has the ability to correct certain “bad” tendencies and encourage the good ones. Results are miraculous! I’ve sent everyone I know to her that are looking to make their dogs the best they can be!

We have.been using Dog Smith in our area for almost 7 years. Our primary reason is the intelligence, experience, and passion that Rachel brings to her work. I am so thankful I discovered Rachel with DogSmith of Palm Beach County over 7 years ago. I own a very playful Great Dane named Shelly who has not only been attending dayschool 4 days a week but also boards overnight during my absences. She is always happy to visit her other furry friends while there. The facility is managed very well under the care of Rachel and her attentive staff. Facility Manager Hilary is very professional in assisting clients with their scheduling needs. I also enjoy the daily report card which includes photos of Shelly with her playmates.
