The Dog Stop Boardman, Ohio were amazing taking care of our two pups! We are in the moving process from Arizona to Ohio and unfortunately we had to surrender our dogs and two employees that bonded with them were willing to take them in. That doesn't happen every day. I was just so happy that the employees there bonded with our precious dogs who are 5 and 9 years old. We just moved across country and we're just realizing that it would be best if they were with other families at this time. We will be working a lot so it comforts me that they will be having playtime at The Dog Stop with other pets, including between themselves❤️ And when Our family is in town we can visit at the Dog stop when they're there or maybe we can visit every so often at The Dog Stop as long as it doesn't cause any a

I’ve definitely found my forever groomer for my pups! I was able to get in for a groom for two dogs very quickly, and they were great about communication and confirming the appointment. They even changed my appointments for me so my dogs would be back to back since I’d accidentally booked a gap online. When I got there, I could tell it would be a great experience. Everyone was excited to see my dogs, the lobby is spacious and clean, and the groomer came out to get my pups so I could meet her and we could talk about what I wanted done. Get the app! You can message to check on your dogs and I got a text as soon as mine were done. Both of my dogs came out happy and clean and smelling amazing. Your entire team is very welcoming and accommodating. My dog was not treated the best at the two former establishments that we took him for grooming and it showed by every single time we would take him in the car on the trip to the groomer he would be uncontrollably, shaking, nervous. Our dog is calm and they are prompt with their service and call us, and he is not scared at all when we drop him off or when we pick him up. They treat the dogs as they treat their own. I’m sure of it. Thank you all for great service. And thank you Amanda for making him look cuuuute!!!

I brought my 5 month old puppy to The Dog Stop for daycare for the first time this week. I was referred by my sister who has been bringing her dog for about a year. I was nervous to drop him off as he has always been home with me but I had to return to work. The staff was so friendly at drop off and even messaged me an hour later to let me know my pup was doing great. They also made sure to put my dog and my sister’s dog together to help with the transition and sent a video of them playing together! When I picked my pup up he was TIRED!!! I was so thrilled he had so much fun and booked three days for next week. I also scheduled grooming for one of the days he will be there which is super convenient. I don’t live in the area and I drive 40 minutes to The Dog Stop so my pup can be well taken

Thor’s first time at The Dog Stop was paw-fect!!!🐾 (i’m sorry) Lexi was Thor’s groomer and she did an amazing job!!🤍
