Harbor Pet Center

The place was dirty. The animals were neglected. The reptiles especially, were contained in enclosures that were way too small. They were filthy. The whole place made me sick. There are signs everywhere that tell you not to take pictures because it will upset the animals. I can understand what the flash, but people take pictures of animals all the time. They don't want you to share the disgusting environment that they're kept in.

This place is absolutely disgusting the way they treat there reptiles the animals are kept in disgusting conditions with improper heat and humidity they are housing tegus in the same enclosures that are too small for even one tegu with one of the tegus even missing half its tail due to improper care a couple of the reptiles also had mites this company is disrespectful and disgusting the employees and the owners of the company should all be ashamed and disgusted with them selves for letting these animals suffer the way they are

Since my last post they did give a partial refund. My dog is the best dog I ever have had. He is super smart and we are blessed to have him. I appreciate them trying to make it right. Update2: I was promised a refund of $98 I go there then they tell me they will only refund $61 after I was already made to drive an hour and half. They already had the receipts from months ago. This place is so sketchy. They are not reputable. It's a shame. The money and expense of a sick dog. I was hoping they were going to make it right. Update: Although my dog is just a wonderful dog He was very sick. I got a puppy from there. They said take to the vets right away to ensure it's healthy. I did only to find out he had Giardia. It took multiple poop samples and 2 Different antibiotics and multiple trips

we got a puppy from there on December 23 and i absolutely love him… but this place is sickening these poor dogs are in a tiny cage no blankets or beds and they drink out of a thing that rabbits drink out of which means they can’t possibly be getting enough water, under them there is there pee and poop on a tray under them which definitely isn’t good to breath in. these poor dogs also never get out of the cage unless someone goes and asks to see it which is terriable and we found that out because we asked.. you would also think they would check things out about the person or family buying the dog weather or not they have a good home for the puppy or weather they have money to take care of the puppy or if there bad people it could just go on but they don’t do anything they just sell the pupp

My husband and I never been to the store before and was looking to get a bearded dragon and we found Harbor Pet Center. Addison and Aubrey were soo helpful and super friendly!! They even helped take everything out to the car which deserves a raise in itself haha. The animals are well taken care of, so many choices available, and the girls were very well knowledgeable in animals. We recommend this store to everyone who is looking for a pet or even supplies!! :) Thank you again to you girls amazing job!! :)
