Pet Lodge USA of Boardman

My neighbor ended up in the hospital and being as I dog sit for others I had to Kennel him. They was great with him, he adjusted well and Jen kept me updated and also sent pictures regularly. If I ever need a place again I will definately call them again.

We typically take our dogs here for boarding, they changed the name recently to paws paradise. The staff are incredibly kind. Unfortunately our dogs hate being boarded but this place always takes good care of them so it’s not their fault our dogs get stressed. They have the best price around for bath and nails coming in at only 40$ a dog! They helped us clean and trim our Dobermans nails and they came home smelling amazing. No more wrestling with them to trim their nails. Will be taking them here for now on.

Amazing facility with great people. Everyone does their best to make sure your animals feel right at home! Good communication, groomers are amazing, staff is competent and so nice. Owner’s are very involved and wonderful. All around wouldn’t recommend any place else!

We were repeat customers and were satisfied on our first visit. However, this time when we picked him up, Both my husband and I independently got weird vibes when asking how his stay was. He seems okay, but because we both felt uncomfortable, I don't think we would be returning. One other question we had was, we thought they were Pet Lodge USA, Boardman, when we pulled in the sign was changed to Paradise Pals and a sign inside asked for checks to made out to Paradise Pals.

Great service. My dog is 13 a diabetic and never been in boarding before. They took great care of him. Gave him his shots. He's been back a few times now. Highly recommend
