The Cat Clinic

I had an incredible experience with this clinic. My cat, who can be very ornery, was at ease (mostly!) during her first visit to a vet. Dr. Stone and her support staff were extremely sensitive to my kitty’s temperament! Everything went exceptionally well, and I could tell that they really do love specializing in cats.

While the Providers at The Cat Clinic are super great; numerous times I have experienced slower than slow service at the drop off counter. Today, the same receptionist I have encountered each time I have dropped off a cat, Timberlee, was less than hospitable or concerned about an expeditious drop off. The paperwork had been pre-filled out by the owner and I was there to drop off. She was too busy on the computer to address a person standing in her presence. She was dismissive and told me to have a seat. Her behavior is rude and unprofessional.

Literally made me cry! They took our cat in a back room and would not let us be with him. For the next 15 minutes we heard the most horrendous screaming and crying. When the doctor finally came to us she simply said they could not get a blood draw. So knowing nothing about his health just kept suggesting to keep him on heavy tranquilizers indefinitely. We said no but she just kept pushing it. We asked for our cat back and waited alone for 45 minutes before they finally gave him back to us. Charged us $92 for Literally doing nothing. We got the report back today and it turned out they muzzled our 17 year old cat who has no front claws. Stretched his back legs after being told not to due to a previous back injury and attempted to draw blood straight from the jugular! They literally tortured

They take great care of my kitties and because they specialize in felines, I trust in their diagnosis and treatment that they provide here. They even took care of my senior cat that was traveling with my mother every time she visited from out of state and provided her with her prescription supplies.
