They were great with trying to groom my dog even though he would let them trim him up. Kevin was awesome!
Awesome experience! The grooming department does an amazing job caring for my dog and George the sweet gentleman who does the checkout counter is very helpful in assisting with my app and points. Everyone likes to save money when they can and he is your guy for that. A+ to the staff at Galveston PETSMART!!
They don't answer the phone, timely and when they finally do, they lay the phone down and carry on conversation with others. Frequently out of crickets; which is the reason to call. No staff available to quickly assist with cricket sales. Employee with expired Handicap placard parks at the front door.
Our dog Pippa, a black and white welsh corgi needed the works since she has a corgi race at Sam Houston race park on Saturday. Well yall delivered with a great sanitary cut and deshedding. It was the best ever and Faith did an awesome job!!! Thanks again Faith you’re the BEST! Thanks again, Steve Watts!!!
Had everything I needed.They matched the petsmart website prices plus had a special going on. Excellent customer service. I will be back.
