Gigi is an absolute doll and takes such good care of my baby Prince George. I wouldn’t trust him with anyone else believe me she has hands like an angel and is so very talented. Do yourself a favor give her a try you won’t regret Your decision

I took my husky to her before, the first time was great. We discussed what I wanted and she even had photos! So it took 2/12 hours and when I got there my dog looked the exact same way she looked when I dropped her off! She may have had a bath but no cut and just as much hair she had before! She told me had to bring her back on Thursday to blow out the rest of her hair which you can pull out in tuffs she’s blowing her coat! She charged me 86$ for a bath if that! Do not bring your fur babies there. She didn’t do anything to my dog in 2/12 hours!

Gigi was a referral I received for my 2 pomsky pups. We made the appointment for today 2 days ago and when we arrived, we were told we had the wrong day. Luckily our convo was in text and was for today. Then we were told we could drop them off but with no trim. The trim was the reason 1 we came. Then she said, "well how do you want them cut." Like the photos I sent and we discussed previously???? I just said we will take them to Doggie Detailer she happily said Ok and shut the door. That was the only time she seemed happy was for us to leave. This was a horrible show of customer service and appointment setting. My babies are family not just dogs to us. It's already difficult enough to drop them off all day and pray they don't get hurt by any other dogs. A bit of advice is to try to make p

She was a great cat groomer for my 16 year old cat who had a lot of knots and matting as a senior long-haired tabby. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a cat groomer in the Galveston area!
