Sabrielle and her staff truly understand and care about dogs. I have a very special little dog who needs a lot of training and attention to help overcome her behavioral challenges and they not only understood what to do immediately, we've been making steady progress since we first met everyone. The convenient Wheaton location of the facility is great for daycare and they also allow for half-day daycare too. Very flexible scheduling. When I pick my dog up, I can tell that she's received personalized attention from the staff and that she has been well cared for. Often she's been able to work one-on-one with a staff member for nearly all of her half-day session. Sabrielle is an amazing resource, we have had several sessions with our 1 year old rescue Labrador and she has already helped us immensely with his behavior. Sabrielle always emphasizes WHY the dog is behaving in the manner that they are, and how to counteract that behavior in a 100% positive reinforcement way, as well as encourage desired behavior. She has trained ME to better understand my dog and be a better owner to his needs. Above all I can tell Sabrielle genuinely cares about my dog. We live in Tennessee and wanted to find a boarding facility in the Chicagoland area for our precious 2 yr old Labrador as we had several trips planned in the local area for upcoming weddings. We finally got a chance to do some training for our dog and we're told about Canines voice through a friend. Sabriel is amazing! You can tell very quickly that she's got a wealth of knowledge on all kinds of dog's. She quickly had our rescue pitbull obeying commands. I especially love that she's all about positive reinforcement training. We spent about an hour and a half with her and we instantly signed up for more lessons. We very much look forward to more training for our dog. I visited their boarding and daycare center and it was spacious and clean. Since my wife and I travel frequently we'll be using their boarding service as well. We're very impressed and look forward to a long relationship. I highly recommend canines voice.
