Made an appointment for my cat to get a sanitary trim for 9:00 AM NOT A WALK-IN even though the manager was trying to convince me an appointment is considered a walk -In 🙄and the The 2 groomers neither showed up for our appointment even though they booked 2- other appointments at the same time as us!😡 The Manager even tried calling them and she told one of the other customers they weren’t picking up! What great service PETSMART😡 Don't bother using the “Grooming service's” Unless you’re okay with being serviced whenever ?! 🤷🏻‍♀️

My cat was recently diagnosed with CKD. Like any fur baby parent I bought all different types of food from 2 different pet stores. The pet food for CKD is very pricey. But my cat is baby! I tried different foods during the week to see what she liked and didn’t. I was returning 3 complete cases of one brand and 2 cases of another brand less a few cans from the third case. My cat has never puked one time in 13 years until now. I even called customer service and explained that I tried to give her a few cans. She didn’t like that brand. They said I could return the opened case. They wouldn’t allow me to return the open case. Ok I told them to donate the out of case cans. Then they only allowed me to return 3 of the other 12 packs because the other 2 12 packs put my refund to over $100! I can

Took my dog in yesterday for a grooming appointment, mind you just took over his care recently. I made it a point to put in the notes that he would need a full shave and was matted. I get there and the first comment is “I read in the notes this is the second time they have to shave him”- again I just took over his care, so sure if that’s what the notes say. I thought she was making it a point to mention it to point out she’s looked at his history, but as the conversation went on, I noticed the judgement. Do not purchase birds from here unless you confirm full panel disease testing. Purchased a green cheek conure back in November 2025 who I am now finding out is positive for Avian Bornavirus. Petsmart provided certificate of being disease tested but was only tested for certain kinds. Cannot board him anywhere and will not be able to own another bird.

Call to ask if the company cooperates with discounts for large purchases to be donated to shelters. Spoke with the manager, Chris. Her attitude was less than pleasant. Didn't seem to like me asking any questions and she wasn't forthcoming with any answers either. At the end of our conversation she didn't even say goodbye she just hung up on me. The lack of professionalism and bad attitude is a turn off. Someone who's supposed to be advocating for Animals didn't seem to want to be bothered today. What a horrible reflection on the company.
