I’m new to the area and was honestly very nervous about taking my fur baby just anywhere. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease—the clinic was extremely clean, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We were taken to our room and introduced to our nurse, Jessica, who completely blew me away. She took so much time answering every single question I had about Daisy and never made me feel rushed. When it came to the vaccinations Daisy needed, I was a bit nervous, but Jessica carefully explained why each one was important, which made me feel so much more comfortable. She was incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring. Then Dr. Karen Hendrickson came in—and when I say she was literally on the floor playing with Daisy, I mean it. Seeing how genuinely happy she was to be with Daisy

This was our puppy's first vet visit at this location and it was absolutely wonderful! The entire staff was so welcoming and clearly loved animals. They were incredibly gentle with our little girl, and explained everything to us in a way that was easy to understand. We left feeling confident and reassured about her health. Highly recommend!"

I started taking my Rottweiler to AMC Wheaton after a couple disappointing vet visits from two locations as a puppy. A friend recommended this location and I'm glad I went, 3rd time is a charm! This place checks all the boxes the other locations lacked like having caring and professional vets and friendly and efficient staff. I was comfortable getting her spayed here without complications. My dog was slightly reactive and nervous at vet offices but Dr. Neumann and the staff took every step to make her visits positive and less stressful. My Dog is now comfortable and gets excited to see everyone, it is a positive experience each time. I don't feel rushed, she is there to answer every question and vigilant in my dogs care and health. I highly recommend AMC Wheaton!

My kitten saw Dr. Karen Hendrickson and she was absolutely amazing! The technician that saw my little Stella beforehand was so sweet & super helpful! I felt very comfortable and at ease seeing how much they cared for Stella, and overall how kind the staff was to us.
