We are very protective pet parents and I was very anxious to leave Scout. I am excited that we have found a place that we can trust for our German shepherd to stay. The staff was comfortable with 104 pounds of puppy excitement and he came home clean and happy . Thank you for a wonderful job and we now have peace of mind when we travel that our “family” member is well loved and taken care of .

I recently reached out to inquire about boarding for my dog and was informed that they are unable to accept him solely because of his breed. He is an 11-year-old red nose pit bull who has lived peacefully with two cats and a 2-year-old child. Over the years, he has also been around Chihuahuas (including puppies), other pit bulls, rats, and kittens without any issues. It’s disappointing to see decisions made based on breed rather than individual temperament and behavior. Policies like this raise concerns about whether dogs are being evaluated fairly and knowledgeably. For anyone considering this facility, I would strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions about how they assess dogs, what experience they have with different breeds, and how they handle temperament evaluations. They do a fabulous job boarding our dog! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area. Everything is very clean! The staff is always so happy to see our pup!

They took great care of our dog while we were out of town for a wedding. They offer grooming and make sure she gets her daily medication. Very easy to work with and reasonably priced. This was the first time we've boarded our dog with them, it won't be the last.

This company refused to board our American Staffordshire Terrier without even meeting him, citing Insurance Restrictions. If 1-star was not the minimum, I'd give them 0-stars. Please consider boarding your dogs elsewhere. Clearly this company lacks the imagination to look for an insurance company that doesn't discriminate against breeds or are happy doing so. Update: Your response is an inadequate attempt to transfer blame to your insurance company. As noted above you have a choice of insurance companies, so please don't pretend to care. Update 2023: This place refuses to list their insurance company or that company's written policy forbidding the American Staffordshire breed. Please boycott this place!
