I had an amazing first experience w Hills and Dales. I needed to have my senior dog seen and all the other places I contacted could not get him in for several weeks. H&D was able to get him in the same week. Everyone was so lovely to work with. My boy is rather anxious when it comes to being around other dog. So taking him to the vet always makes me anxious too. As soon as we got to the clinic I went in to let them know we were there. They already had an exam room ready for us and there were no other patients in the lobby. The young lady at check in has such a kind spirit and bright smile. Just speaking with her helped me to feel more comfortable. The tech was so compassionate and empathetic. The Vet was as well. Another great experience! Took my sweet boy for his follow up and took my kitten for a check up. They are both doing great. My pup is 17 yrs old and according to the Doc. he's in great shape. His antibiotic regimen worked great to help clear up his glands, the anti inflammatory meds are working great for his arthritis. I was told my 8 mth old kitty is in great health. This is the best vet that I have ever been to. My pup is anxious around other dogs, we have had a exam room ready for us as soon as we got there each time, as soon as we show up. They call to check in after your visit to make sure thing are going well. I feel like they are very reasonable with cost, and again, don't push to up sale. When trying to schedule a dental cleaning, I was told they would have to get back with me for a quote, and when they didn't follow up a week later, I messaged them and was told I would have to find another veterinary practice with no explanation as to why. This was after one of their vets suggested my cat needed a dental cleaning, while their other vet whom I'd seen previously at this location said all of my cat's needed pulled. I had also asked for scripts so I could order medicine from Chewy versus a 10x upcharge through them, so maybe that ruffled someone's feathers, who knows? It's frustrating, especially when I'd already had all of my animals records transferred there and had been paying a premium for visits (Hills & Dale charges a whopping $90 per visit versus $60 like all surround

The entire staff is friendly, professional, caring, patient and always greet us with a smile. Dr. Maimon is the absolute BEST veterinarian! She always takes the time to answer all of my questions and as a first time dog owner I have a lot. I never feel rushed. My poor Nellie has had a rough year. She was diagnosed with heartworm which is now cleared and most recently she sustained a pretty bad injury to her paw. If you are looking for a place to get veterinary care with veterinarians who not only have many awards and education , they are compassionate, kind, patient and really explain what care your pet may need. I feel so fortunate to know there are veterinarians who are so educated and care about animals and think hard on what is the best care they need. I completely trust Dr Maimon and feel so fortunate to have her taking care of my dogs needs . Just had Dr McDonald do an extensive oral surgery on both my dogs. He worked over 2 hours on both dogs and did an incredible job. While they were under he did radiographs to make sure they did not have bladder stones as they had crystals in their urine.
