Dr. Mader is one of THE best in Ohio. Our dog had Cryptorchidism and as a result had quite a bit of bleeding post surgery. Not only were Dr. Mader AND Kristen (Vet Tech) successful in finding Lenoxs’ second testicle lodged up in his stomach- they were constantly in communication with us, guiding us through post op, and providing us with care even if it meant staying later, or working more than expected! They are really such a great dynamic duo. It’s really hard to find people who care and love your furbabies like your own but Dr. Mader and Kristen care.

We have been at this vet for almost 2 years now. Dr. Mader is amazing and not only listens but understands our pups health concerns and needs with so much compassion. Their paw plan is pretty amazing too. Sullivan and Boo are happy and we are thankful for their care. 🩷

My husband and I have been taking our two dogs, Ella and Millie here for 6 years and we have always felt taken care of. As of late Dr. Griffiths has been helping us navigate some more challenging hurtles with Millie. He always takes his time to answer all my questions and explain things thoroughly. The office staff is always kind and attentive along with the office being very well maintained. As an obsessed dog mom MVAH gets my stamp of approval!

The place is clean and the people are friendly, but the vets and techs don't mind making up stuff so that that can up charge you. the insisted they couldn't do anything unless we had them on their vaccines, the dog was vaccinated by me ,in september , i told them what with and when, then they made up a lie about how Spectra Canine 10 doesn't cover lepto viruses and they have to vaccinate her because of some made up record keeping story. it does by the way but it did seem like a good idea to argue with them at the time. anyway $400 later i know , exactly what i knew before and what i told them was the problem to start with... also they took they dog away for everything to a different room so i didn't get to see them do anything and am not 100% sure they did anything. it felt like an ove
