This place is amazing! I have an 8 year old, anxiety full, little gal and they did amazing with her! I have had bad experiences in the past with other local groomers, so i was weary but they made sure she was comfortable and asked about allergies and more!. They were so patient with me and took good care of my little pup. If you're looking for a place that actually cares about you and your pup and isn't just about another dollar, bring them here! I have a 2.5 year old Labradoodle named Phoenix. Doodles are a VERY high maintenance type of dog. Phoenix has been seeing Rachel since she was just 7 weeks old. Every since then she has gone once a month for a bath which includes bathing, brushing out, cleaning up and around her face, feet and fanny, and cleaning out the hair in her ears. Every few months she goes in for a full groom which is everything I said plus a trim down of her fluff. Phoenix absolutely LOVES her 'spa' days with Rachel. When it is time to go all I have to say is 'want to see Rachel?' And she gets all excited. She literally pulls me into the building with excitement. Rachel at Tails of Joy takes such great care of Zella. We always feel good leaving her there, and Zella absolutely loves going—mostly for the treats! It’s clear Rachel really cares, and that means a lot to us.
