Josh's Frogs

We’re amateur hobbyists who have recently gotten into raising isopods and jumping spiders, and Josh’s Frogs has been an incredible resource for us. We’ve purchased several different varieties of isopods, and every single culture has arrived healthy, active, and well established. We even had babies hatch recently, which was such a rewarding experience and really speaks to the quality of their stock. We also regularly order feeder crickets, and the consistency has been outstanding. Everything always arrives quickly, well packed, and extremely healthy — no issues at all. Whether you’re just starting out or have been in the hobby for a while, we couldn’t recommend Josh’s Frogs more. Reliable, high quality, and clearly run by people who care about the animals they provide.

Wow!! They really go the extra mile to make sure that you are happy with your order. One of my items arrived in less than ideal condition due to uncontrollable weather issues. They immediately shipped out a replacement and my newly hatched Bahaman Anole is definitely enjoying hunting and consuming them. I am already planning my next order.

I love ordering bugs from Josh’s frogs, always come alive and well, last as long as they can, and are quality. I’ve had only a couple of issues with shipping and every time I email them they help me within 24 hrs and send me a new batch immediately, no questions asked. Thank you for supplying us bugs for my chameleon.

Item missing from my order. Shipping package was busted and terrible. Cork round was split due to shipping most likely. Isopods arrived DOA. No heat pack or separate box for isopods or springtails they were just smooshed into the cork round. This is unacceptable when we have lows down to the 30f. I contacted the company with no response. I find it odd and concerning there’s no reviews or no where to leave one. The plants I ordered were in bad shape also. Root bound, dying, black spots on the leaves. I’ll be using biodude from now on.

Josh's Frogs: Great customer service, most of my crickets arrived dead, FL heat, I responded in 10 min, with pictures, next day I already received a replacement!!! Wow, thank you!!! My froggies, tarantulas and Beardie are happy!!
