Pinecrest Animal Hospital

Our new puppy Lola loves the people, the peanut butter and the cheese lol! We have been given a lot of information, and they genuinely care about the well being of the animals. My mother in law took all her animals here and loved them so that’s why we chose them in the first place. So far so good!

Everyone at pinecrest had been great! They have been so caring and compassionate! Dr. Kenny gets 1000 gold stars he takes time to sit with you and make sure you really understand what’s going on with your fur baby he also answers any questions does not rush you and goes out of his way to find answers and be helpful! He has gone the extra mile to help help our baby tiny and still is! Tiny says thank you to everyone and to Dr Kenny and hopes this new med fixes his UTI and sends a hug even though he doesn’t like the car ride in .. but loves the care he gets from dr Kenny and his staff! Tinys mom and dad are very thankful as well! If your pet needs care I would not hesitate to recommend pinecrest to you!

Aubrie is always so helpful anytime I call or come in. So attentive, patient and polite. I was so sad not to see her at the front desk the past couple of times I’ve been in. She always makes a point to come see any of my 3 pets I bring in. The office is great. Love all the vets!

I couldn’t recommend this place enough. today 9/22/25 I took my little doggo in and was super concerned ahead of time she would be reactive with staff / other pets as she’s never really been social. called ahead to see if I could bring her in a side door or maybe when nobody was in the waiting room as I was worried she would be reactive with other people / pets which I wanted to avoid at all costs. as soon as I got there and parked I called and explained my situation and the woman on the phone was more than understanding. not even 5 minutes from arriving I got a text messaging saying a room was available and if I needed - I could take her into the side door directly into the room.. which we did. my dog, Matilda was a little hesitant at first but I got her on the scale and into the room. my

All of the staff at Pinecrest is incredibly compassionate. Even with a mystery lump on my puppy's head, they did all they could to understand what it might be, ruling out any of the usual suspects before making a plan to treat the symptoms and follow-up to determine the need for next steps if the symptoms didn't improve. We have been trusting the care of our fur-babies with Pinecrest since 2016!
