Sit, Stay, 'n Play

Was looking for a place to board my new to me dog. Went to SS&P as recommended by a friend. The outside of the facility (while it was "mud season") looks unkept and unclean. I called my friend from the parking lot and asked "is she sure this place is okay??? Trusting my friend I proceeded to take my dog inside. The people were friendly upon arrival and took my dog to the back, I asked how I could get ahold of them to check in and they said I could call. I kept having that "gut feeling" and went back to pick her up earlier than scheduled. I was greeted by the male who was friendly at first and went to retrieve my dog. I asked if I could go back and see the kennels or the play area as if I am going to board my fur baby here over night I want to know where she is staying. The demeanor of the

😡WARNING!!😡 💢💢THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS. THEY STICK THEM IN A KENNEL AND THEN IGNORE THEM, FORGETTING TO FEED AND WATER THEM💢💢 We marked our dog's food bin before we left our two dogs with Sit, Stay, and Play for a week and when we came back it was OBVIOUS they had barely been fed the entire time we were gone, their food was almost at the same mark when the food should have been almost gone. They are also severely dehydrated. When my husband went to pick them up they also decided to up their prices to almost double what we had originally believed it would cost, not once did they tell us their prices went up or why they were charging so much. They were extremely rude when bringing out our dogs, even calling one dog stupid. Im ashamed of myself for trusting them to care for our dog

My dog goes two days a week for daycare. I also board him here if we need it. They are wonderful. My dog has a lot of anxiety. All the staff worked so well with him. He loves it. I am so thankful I found them.

Recently boarded my dog there for 8 days. She did really well and came back with a complimentary bath. She seemed happy and healthy and did very well. Didn't have a hard time getting her in the days I needed and everyone was nice. We had used them before and have never had a problem. I would recommend.

My dogs stayed with Sit, Stay, and Play for 6 days. They were happy, fluffy, and clean when I picked them up! The staff was amazing! I will definitely continue to use them for my dogs boarding and feel rest assured that they are being treated with love and kindness 😁
