Our dog has anxiety, and she handles her with so much patience and care—it truly puts us at ease when we have to leave her. Our dog comes out happy and looking amazing. Kim goes above and beyond, even monitoring a small wart she noticed, documenting its growth and keeping me informed of any changes. That level of attention and genuine care is rare.
