Tail Town Pet Resort

We have been going to Tail Town for a long time. We have boarded our dogs and cat while on vacation several times and had them groomed every month or so. We are very happy with the exceptional service and we are always happy with the grooming.

I just want to thank Tail Town for the beautiful plaque in memory of my dog Buddy who I lost this past November that they sent to me with a picture of him on it. It means a lot to me and my husband. We miss him very much! Thanks for being so thoughtful and for all the great services you provide.

My dog had the BEST time there today. It was Daisy’s first visit and from the moment I walked in I felt like my baby would be safe and well taken care of. She had a fabulous experience, made friends with a dog named Sammy, and even received a five star report card. I am so grateful. A big thank you to the staff, and Daisy’s new friends. We will be sure to come back and visit the next time I’m in Rio Rancho!

FANTASTIC! My pup’s stay was such a great experience for him. He came back better behaved, happy, and even got a bath (add on service). The staff were so professional and welcoming with him, which was super important considering my pup doesn’t like new places. I will be using the day care and training classes in the near future. Hands down the BEST place to take your pet. I’m so glad they’re here in Rio Rancho.

Rob and Team Took Amazing Care of Our Cat, Patches! We had such a great experience with Tail Town Pet Resort! The staff was friendly and attentive, but I have to give special recognition to Rob, the older gentleman with a twinkle in his eye, he kind of reminded me of Santa’s little helper. (Meaning very approachable but not big enough to be Santa). He was absolutely amazing with our cat, Patches. You can tell he genuinely loves animals and goes the extra mile to make them comfortable. Patches can be a bit shy with new people, but she warmed up to Rob right away. We left feeling completely at ease knowing she was in caring, capable hands. Highly recommend Tail Town to anyone who wants their pets treated like family
